Cost Reduction Technology
A present oil jack lift is designed to reply in worker's drilling and reamer for a precise machining even if it is structure to precisely process a valve structure locating at a bed part that is a complicated shape and plays role as a supporter.
By separating main items functioning as valve in oil jack from welding parts, an oil jack lift design is modified to attach welding parts after a valve module is fabricated by CNC precise machining.
A product reliability and cost reduction are achieved using an automatic forge and welding method. (60% reduction in a bed manufacturing cost.)
